The ABRomics platform has been updated!

Released on April 17, version 1.4.0 of the ABRomics analysis platform is now available!

Here’s what’s new:

– Optimization of PDF generation
– Updated Quality Control flag for Bracken 1st hit (addition of a ‘Warning’ flag)
