ABRomics is an online community-driven platform to scale up and improve surveillance and research on antibiotic resistance from a One Health perspective.

The CNRS UAR 3601 undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out their websites comply with the european General Data Protection Reglementation (GDPR) and the French law : « Loi Informatique et Libertés ».

This data is only accessible to authorized users and retained until the account is closed by the user.

No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out.

If information is compulsory in order to access specific features of the site, this compulsory nature is indicated at the time the data is collected. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may not be able to access certain services.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

Your email address is shared with our email marketing service provider Sarbacane (https://www.sarbacane.com/mentions-legales) solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
A data processing agreement (Article 28 of the GDPR) governs this transfer. Your data is hosted in the European Union.

Your address is kept as long as you are subscribed.
If you unsubscribe, it is deleted from Sarbacane within 48 hours and from our database within a maximum of 30 days (only proof of your previous consent is retained for legal reasons).

Your rights

You can at any time:
– unsubscribe via the link in each email or from your personal ABRomics account if you have one (www.analysis.abromics.fr/profile);
– exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by contacting us at abromics-support@france-bioinformatique.fr.
In case of a dispute, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

In compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Law No. 78-17 of 6 January amended relating to data processing, files and freedoms and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable since 25 May 2018), you have the following rights: 

  • Exercise your right of access, to know the personal data concerning you;
  • Request the updating of your data, if it is inaccurate;
  • Request portability or erasure of your data;
  • Request the deletion of your account;
  • Request the limitation of the processing of your data;
  • Oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your data;
  • Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
  • If you’re an authenticated contributor, update or delete your data by logging into your account and configuring its settings;
