1.6.0: The ABRomics platform has been updated!

Released on October 1st, version 1.6.0 of the ABRomics analysis platform is now available!

Here’s what’s new:

✨ Changed

– Responsive design of Landing and Home Pages’ header
– Enrichment of results relating to virulence genes using annotations from the ARO ontology

🚀 Added

– New dashboard for cgMLST Visualizations
– New member role “Data manager” (a project member who can upload and manage their own samples)
– Possibility to have N supervisors per project and supervisors can manage data managers and coworkers’ role in a project – Report result files preview
– Filtering by workflow in user project

🛠 Fixed

– Empty string ORCID issue
– Analysis and experiment count and filtering

For information:

– Some virulence genes are not present in the ARO ontology, we are currently working on this.
– The services of usegalaxy.fr are dealing with instabilities and analyses can be stuck.
