A new version of the platform is now available!

Released on December 10, version v1.2.1 of the ABRomics analysis platform is now available!

Here’s what’s new:

✨ Changed
– Quick access icons in Home page are clickable.
– Clarification of error messages during data upload.
– Clarification of Quality Control informational chips.

🚀 Added
– Possibility to share the data of a project to external third parties.
– Download Fasta file on the pages “Report” and “Project”.
– [BETA] Download Report as PDF on the pages “Report” and “Project”.
– New Genomic WGS Workflows (fastq, fasta) Upgrade of WGS Workflows (removed restrictions on fasta file).

🛠️ Fixed
– Email spam with preferences set to Weekly or Monthly.

We have identified an issue with the display of tool versions for analysis workflows in the analysis report and the results Excel spreadsheet (specifically for the Quast and CheckM2 tools). This will be fixed in the next version of the ABRomics platform. Thank you for your understanding.
