The ABRomics platform has been updated!

We are pleased to announce the release of version 1.3.0 of the ABRomics analysis platform.
Here’s what’s new:

Changed
– More relaxed QUAST-based assembly quality control thresholds (N50 for contigs 200bp: 30 kb to 20 kb; max #contigs for contigs 200bp: 500 to 600)
– Clarified field names (“Sample/Strain ID” to “Sample/Strain name” and “Permission” to “Privacy level”)
– In the filter menu, Apply/Clear button stays visible at all time

🚀 Added
– New genomic workflow: Workflow 210126
– Added point mutation results
– Added cgMLST results
– Report bug button is available if the analysis has failed and sends an email to support
– Display information log if the analysis has failed

🛠️ Fixed
– Disabled analysis run and retry for deprecated workflows

We will also proceed this month to the clean up of the following deprecated analysis workflows:
– Genomic WGS v1.0 (mandatory only) [working!]
– Genomic WGS – QC, taxonomy, assembly and AMR annotation
– AMR annotation from assembly v1.0 [working!]
– Copy of Copy of abromics_beta_test_genomic_without_annotation_andnorecentrifuge_1.0
– Copy of abromics_beta_test_genomic_without_annotation_andnorecentrifuge_1.0
– Genomic FASTA – AMR annotation
– abromics_beta_test_genomic_without_bandage_annotation_andnorecentrifuge_1.0
– V2 Genomic FASTA – AMR annotation

Please note that we have observed that the Quast tool used in our workflows may produce errors in its results. In this case, we recommend that you rerun your analysis.
